Role: Amazon FBA Operations & Logistics Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon FBA Operations & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our clients’ global Amazon FBA operations and US logistics.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow, efficient warehouse management, and seamless coordination across international supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Operations
* Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA shipments (global)
* Create and oversee shipment plans, replenishment, and inventory levels
* Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements and avoid delays/penalties
US Logistics & Freight
* Coordinate international shipping (air & sea) into US fulfilment centres
* Handle customs clearance, duties, and documentation (DDP/DDU)
* Work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Warehouse & 3PL Management (USA)
* Manage relationships with US-based 3PLs and warehouses
* Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound processes
* Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory allocation
Inventory Planning
* Forecast demand and manage FBA replenishment cycles
* Prevent stock-outs and overstocking
* Optimize storage fees and inventory health
Performance & Reporting
* Track key KPIs (stock levels, lead times, costs)
* Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
* Support cost control across freight and warehousing
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with Amazon FBA
* Strong understanding of international logistics and freight
* Experience managing 3PLs and warehouse operations
* Knowledge of customs, duties, and shipping documentation
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
