Red Recruitment is looking for an experienced and driven Client Account Manager, to work with our long standing client based in Redditch, to manage and grow key client relationships within their expanding logistics business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused account manager with strong airfreight experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships. The Role You will be responsible for managing major customer accounts and driving business growth through both new opportunities and enhanced service offerings. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing key customer accounts Achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets Winning new business opportunities Producing and delivering strategic account plans Managing contracts, KPIs and service agreements Building strong long-term customer relationships Acting as the main point of contact for key clients Identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency Working collaboratively with internal teams Maintaining accurate CRM records Regular customer meetings and reviews About You We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven individual with: Exposure to the logistics or airfreight sectors Knowledge of Airfreight and Dangerous Goods Proven, referenceable track record of growing accounts and winning business Experience managing key customer relationships Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong commercial awareness Ability to manage multiple priorities Full clean driving licence What We Offer Permanent full-time role MondayFriday 8:30am 5:30pm Opportunity to work with major clients Career development opportunities Dynamic and growing business environment
