We are currently working with a Leading Real Estate business in Colchester. They have a great presence with regional offices across the UK including Manchester and London and are looking to add a Compliance Manager to the business. Within this role you will sit within their total FM team who execute services within integrated asset management and maintenance across a multiple of sectors. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the central hub team, overseeing the execution of Compliance along with building and maintaining stakeholder management internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Providing support to the Contract Manager in line with services at schools and reducing penalty deductions Performing key areas of Compliance ensuring that the business adheres to Health and Safety regulations Manage expectations, budgets as per the Contract Manager Provide guidance and support to site Managers of Diary, and conduct return to work, performance and disciplinary procedures Take ownership for monitoring and audit of sites to review standards are adhered to Establish training and development documentation including on-site training Provide support to all line management and Helpdesk staff Aid additional Audits in desired location and other contracts if required. About you? Qualifications within IOSH/NEBOSH or in equivalent Excellent understanding of Health and Safety, Environmental Legislation and Practice in accordance to FM Previously worked in a facilities Management environment Strong working knowledge of CAFM Asset Management Packages What’s in it for you?
