Role: Assistant Store Manager / Location: Canterbury
Salary: £27,017 per annum (OTE £29,718) plus benefits
Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store's opening and closing times.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager to drive store performance and team development. You should be aligned with our values, your team, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You should be proactive and enthusiastic. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Leading by example and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognizing, and rewarding team members while maximizing store performance
* Identifying potential in your team to ensure a strong talent pipeline
* Supporting the creation of a positive and welcoming work environment
* Owning the store's financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensuring high levels of customer service
* Maintaining awareness of competitors to improve performance
* Taking responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence, including cleanliness, safety, security, and administration
* Encouraging a positive and flexible approach to daily management
