SEN Support Assistant – Inclusion-Focused Role
Location: South Shields
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
This SEN Support Assistant role is based in a setting that values inclusion, respect and personal growth.
You’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop resilience and build positive relationships.
Your role will include:
• Classroom-based SEN support
• Supporting emotional and social development
• Encouraging engagement and independence
• Supporting behaviour in a calm, consistent way
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
