Location: Bristol – Hybrid (Home & Office)
Salary: £37,500 – £42,000 plus bonus and benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
No weekends or bank holidays

Are you a registered healthcare professional looking for a new challenge outside traditional clinical environments?
As a Clinical Health Assessor, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess adults living with health conditions, helping determine how these affect daily living and work capability.
This role offers structured hours, hybrid working, and a strong focus on quality and consistency rather than volume or shift pressures.

Conduct 3 PIP or 5–6 WCA assessments per day, either face-to-face or by telephone
Review medical evidence and functional information
Produce clear, accurate, and evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) You will complete a fully paid 12-week comprehensive training programme before starting — no previous assessor experience required.
Who We’re Looking For
NMC or HCPC registered professionals with a minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience in an adult-focused setting
