🌟 About the Role: As an experienced Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving the success of our start-up service. Your leadership and hands-on approach will ensure we deliver outstanding care from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
* Develop and implement care plans, ensuring high standards of person-centred care
* Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of carers
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Monitor quality assurance, safeguarding, and risk management processes
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and local healthcare partners
* Drive continuous improvement and contribute ideas to support service growth
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience in a domiciliary care management or senior supervisory role
* Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care
* Good organisational and communication skills
* UK driving licence preferred but not essential
