Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Proposal Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Marketing team at any of our office locations or in a remote role.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff.
* Write and edit proposal content, marketing collateral materials, and award submittals. Provide occasional support for client interviews.
What You Will Bring
* A relevant bachelor level degree and professional writing skills
* Expert-level editorial, communication, and organizational skills
* Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating within a network environment
* Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Loopio, OpenAsset and Vantage Point is a plus.
* Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is preferred, but not required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-intensive, deadline-driven environment with staff members of all levels
* A team player who is detail-oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
