Working closely with our Branch Partner, Susi Schoch, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence, supporting team development and fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Susi has been a Partner at the practice since 2008 and is passionate about mentoring and developing veterinary professionals, creating an environment where colleagues are supported to thrive and deliver outstanding patient care. Our well-established Wickford practice cares for a diverse range of patients, including cats, dogs, rabbits, poultry and small mammals. With services including nurse clinics, dentistry, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound and digital radiography, this role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your clinical and leadership skills while helping to shape the future of the nursing team. You will be instrumental in championing patient welfare, delivering an exceptional client experience and inspiring the team to achieve the highest standards of care.
