We are working with a maintenance property services company to recruit an experienced Gas Engineer to cover the Cardiff area. You will provide a servicing, repair and breakdown service in social housing properties. This role is offered as a permanent position with company van and fuel card.
You will need to hold your domestic gas qualifications and be gas safe registered
Duties of the Gas Engineer role:
* Complete annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to safety regulations and specifications
* Out of hours callouts
* Report and complete works on PDA
* Report any accidents and potential hazards
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Domestic Gas Engineer qualifications/ Gas Safe Card
* Cookers, Fires is essential
* Previous experience in a similar role within domestic properties
* ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
