VodafoneThree is seeking a Major Incident Management Specialist to lead the coordination of incident response during critical incidents in Newbury. This full-time role involves ensuring efficient resolution and communication across various teams, and the candidate should have extensive experience in incident management within an ITIL framework.

The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relations effectively. Knowledge of network infrastructure will be beneficial. Shift-based role with a total of 37.5 hours per week, following a hybrid work model.
