Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for conference room-related queries.
* Conduct monthly audits, covering 50% of the AV estate.
* Ensure timely completion of Incident Management and IMAC processes in line with service-level agreements.
* Execute non-standard requests, project tasks, and quotations within agreed timescales.
* Maintain and update end-user guides.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience in a related IT role or equivalent.
* Ability to implement medium-level fixes and demonstrate technical competency.
* Multi-disciplinary expertise, typically gained through a combination of formal education and on-the-job training.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with end users.
* Ability to adapt to frequent changes, customer-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills.
Security Clearance Requirement:
* The role requires Security Check (SC) clearance.
* Qualify, candidates must have resided continuously in the UK for the last five years, among other criteria.
