Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Software Developer. The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of software systems. Day-to-day tasks will include writing and maintaining code, managing back-end web development, collaborating with team members, and ensuring software meets the necessary quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Software Development, Back-End Web Development, and Computer Science
* Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Experience leading development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
