Summary: £62,000 - £90,000 per annum | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount

You will coordinate up to five stores, supporting Store Managers to lead teams, meet KPIs, and excel.

Responsibilities:
1. Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
2. Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams.
3. Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards.
4. Create an environment conducive to high performance, aligned with Lidl’s Principles.
Requirements:
1. Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites.
2. Ability to interpret reports and oversee initiatives.
3. Drive to learn and adapt to business changes.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Full UK Driving License.
