Job Description
As a QC Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless quality of our products through dedicated Quality Control testing and inspection activities. Your work will support the Manufacturing and Packaging areas, and you will be accountable for the acceptance of products tested. This role does not include Supervisory, Line Management, or Budgetary Control responsibilities. You will report directly to the QC Team Leader and observe all statutory requirements including Site H&S regulations, COSSH, cGMP, and GLP. The successful candidate will assist with product performance testing and inspection to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and compiled in the batch history before product release.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with testing and inspection activities of in-process components, pre-packs, and final packs according to authorised quality specifications.
Use SAP for updating product status and managing quarantined materials.
Adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.
Undertake any other tasks or duties deemed within the competence of the job holder.
Assist with compliance activities such as quality document completion and storage.
Align with procedures within the QMS to work in accordance with standards and regulations as required by the business.
Assist with Quality Control responsibilities for product transfers.
Minimum requirements and qualification:
Proven laboratory experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to quality specifications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
