Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing independent valuation consultancy to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly experienced team, delivering valuation services across both commercial and residential sectors, with a strong focus on secured lending work for a wide range of financial institutions and clients.

🔍 The Role:
6. Undertake secured lending valuations across commercial and residential assets
7. Prepare high-quality RICS Red Book-compliant reports
8. Liaise with lenders, clients and internal stakeholders
9. Manage a varied workload, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
10. Build and maintain strong working relationships
✅ About You:
11. MRICS / FRICS and Registered Valuer
12. Minimum 3 years PQE
13. Experience within loan security valuations
14. Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
15. Strong report writing and attention to detail
16. Professional, client-focused approach
