October to April: 6am-3pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm, 10am - 7pm working 1 in 3 weekends
May to September: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm - No weekends included.

Are you a strategic, resilient leader with experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments? Do you enjoy building strong client relationships while supporting and developing a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Client Services Team Leader to guide a team of advisors and deliver exceptional service across our Winter Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance client portfolios.
What you’ll do:
As the Team Leader, you will:
1. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4–6 Client Services Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Build strong, lasting client relationships, proactively resolving issues and hosting quarterly business reviews.
3. Review contract profitability, applying uplifts to ensure sustainable growth.
4. Monitor KPIs and Power BI reports to identify trends, improve performance, and drive service excellence.
5. Collaborate with Business Development to spot opportunities and support revenue growth.
6. Manage account plans, PPM renewals, contracts, pricing, purchase orders, and client-specific projects for both Grounds & Winter Maintenance services.
7. Ensure timely and accurate quote delivery and maintain up-to-date client documentation.
8. Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining focus and resilience to meet client and team expectations.
Leadership & Team Management
This role is all about people and performance:
9. Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and appraisals.
10. Manage team recruitment, absences, and rota planning to ensure full coverage at all times.
11. Set clear team KPIs, monitor progress, and make structural adjustments as needed.
12. Foster a culture of accountability, support, and high performance through coaching and mentorship.
13. Lead with resilience, staying calm and effective during busy or challenging periods.
