What You’ll Be Doing
* Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
* Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
* Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
* Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
* Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
* Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts
* Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
* Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
* Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
* EPA Universal Certification
* A seasoned pro—or ready to become one—with experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
* Eager to learn and grow through hands-on, onsite training opportunities
* Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Must be 18 years or older
