Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. This role involves providing personalised instruction across Math, English and Sciences, fostering a positive learning environment, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Responsibilities
* Deliver customised tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning style and requirements
* Assist students with understanding subject material, homework, and exam preparation
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents where appropriate
* Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes confidence and motivation
* Adapt teaching strategies for students with special educational needs or learning difficulties
* Maintain organised records of sessions and student achievements
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student development
Experience
* Prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable
* Experience working with children or young learners is essential
* Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple students and sessions effectively
