English Subject Lead (with Teaching Responsibility)

The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position with a teaching commitment. You will:
* Drive and shape a whole-school approach to English, literacy and oracy
* Deliver a coherent, ambitious curriculum from early years to post-16
* Take on phase leadership responsibility (aligned to your experience)
* Coach, develop and inspire staff through modelling and CPD
* Use assessment intelligently to raise achievement for all learners
* Play a key role in whole-school improvement and strategic direction
