We are seeking a Head of Maths to join The Eaglewood School Trust, part of Bourne Education Trust.
Position: Head of Maths
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (National) M1 to UPS3 plus TLR2a (£3,526) plus SEN1 (£2,787)

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
* Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the department.
* Monitor student progress and implement strategic intervention for the department.
* Develop the curriculum, schemes of work and assessment across all key stages.
* Demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
* Evidence of effective continuous professional development.

* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
