An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join a well-established international organisation as they expand their UK operations. This role will be instrumental in managing complex, large scale build projects that combine architectural impact with significant structural and engineering challenges.
This is a full-time, office-based role, with occasional travel to project sites across the South of England.
About You:
* Proven background as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager working on large, technically demanding construction projects
* Strong coordination and leadership abilities, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and design standards.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Degree-qualified in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
