We are looking for an experienced CommercialGasEngineerto join a large team based across commercial and NHS sites inDudley (DY1).This is a permanent, full-time role covering planned and reactive maintenance tasks, meeting Service Level Agreements.
Duties:
1. Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
2. Ensure Client Buildings and Estates are open, safe and fit for purpose.
3. Provide Proactive maintenance services.
4. Liase with contractors and external suppliers.
