We're working with a well-respected British grooming brand - one with genuine heritage, a loyal customer base, and serious ambitions for what comes next.
As it continues to grow across the UK and internationally, they are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help continue this growth across brand, DTC, retail and wholesale channels.
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in a similar position, who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working cross-functionally across Commercial, Creative, Digital, Retail and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns and brand moments.
What you'll own
Marketing & Campaigns
* Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar
* Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity end-to-end
* Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, retail, CRM, social and PR
* Work closely with the COO, sales and ecommerce teams to ensure marketing drives commercial outcomes
* Manage campaign budgets and track ROI
Content & Social
* Own social media strategy and content planning across Instagram and TikTok
* Brief and manage content creators, photographers, videographers and agencies
* Develop content that reflects the brand's premium positioning and barbershop heritage
* Monitor performance and optimise based on data
DTC & Ecommerce
* Support website growth through content, merchandising and promotional planning
* Work with the Ecommerce Trading Manager on acquisition, retention and conversion
* Analyse customer behaviour and support CRO improvements
Retail & Wholesale
* Support launches and activations with global retail partners
* Develop retailer marketing toolkits and launch assets
* Coordinate sampling, influencer activity and retail media campaigns
* Work with the sales team to maximise retailer performance
Events & Brand Partnerships
* Support brand events, retail activations and barbershop experiences
* Identify and develop partnership opportunities aligned with the brand's customer
* Manage logistics and execution of events where required
Reporting & Analysis
* Track and report on marketing performance across all channels
* Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI
* Use data and insight to inform future activity and investment decisions
What we're looking for
* 3+ years in marketing, ideally within beauty, grooming, or lifestyle
* Strong understanding of both DTC and retail marketing dynamics
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms - Klaviyo or similar
* Strong creative instincts, backed by data
* Comfortable managing agencies and budgets
* Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
This is a hands-on role requiring someone equally comfortable developing campaign plans, briefing content creators, analysing performance data, supporting retail launches and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
