Overview
This is a hands‑on content creation role where you’ll take projects from initial concept through to final delivery, producing engaging digital content that supports the wider marketing strategy. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll contribute creative ideas, manage content projects, and help grow the company’s video and digital presence. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to create content that showcases products, educates customers, and strengthens brand visibility within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, produce, and deliver long‑form video content for YouTube.
* Create short‑form videos and social media clips to support campaigns and product launches.
* Contribute creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, supplier activity, and brand objectives.
* Write scripts, storyboard concepts, and plan shoots to ensure content is engaging, informative, and on‑brand.
* Film and produce content independently and collaboratively with wider teams.
* Edit high‑quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports broader business and marketing goals.
* Take ownership of content projects while contributing to overall content planning.
* Maintain a consistent and effective output across digital and video platforms.
* Coordinate with suppliers to arrange demo equipment and product access for content production.
* Ensure all products are presented accurately, professionally, and in line with brand standards.
* Produce supporting written content, including blogs and website copy, to accompany video campaigns.
* Capture photography and video content at trade shows and industry events for use across marketing channels.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in video production and editing, ideally in a commercial or marketing-focused environment.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software.
* Ability to manage content projects from concept through to final delivery.
* Hands‑on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, with a strong understanding of high‑quality production techniques.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop engaging content ideas.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
* Strong organisational skills, particularly in planning shoots and coordinating equipment or logistics.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing polished, high‑quality content.
* Good understanding of how creative content contributes to marketing performance and brand growth.
* Familiarity with YouTube, Shorts, and other short‑form video platforms.
* Experience creating blog posts or supporting written content is advantageous.
