About the Economics Team
Our Economics team works with a broad range of clients in the microeconomics and macroeconomic space, including economics consultancies, regulatory bodies, and organisations with in-house economists such as law firms and major tech companies. We deliver executive search, mid-level hiring and talent advisory solutions across key areas including microeconomics, competition economics and regulatory economics.
In this role, you will work closely with our consultants and Directors on searches for clients internationally. As the team continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to build a strong career foundation, progress quickly and ultimately develop your own specialist market.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract top economic talent using job boards, social media, academic networks and internal tools
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across niche economic markets
* Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and potential
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey
* Keep our CRM organised, accurate and up to date, supporting clear client reporting
* Manage candidate and client communication, scheduling and briefing notes throughout the process
* Carry out market mapping and research across economic consulting, regulatory and public-sector markets
* Stay informed on industry trends, policy shifts and competitor activity
* Play a major role in business development through research, lead generation and relationship-building
* Spot potential clients, support outreach campaigns and contribute to growing our client base
* Support consultants as they build specialist markets, your impact directly drives uncapped commission
Required Experience
To be considered, you will:
* Bring early-career experience in recruitment that demonstrates your ability to succeed in executive search
* Ideally hold an undergraduate degree (this is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate strong potential and professionalism)
* Be confident engaging with individuals at all levels across both consulting and government clients
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are always beneficial
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with plenty of variety
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be able to work from our London office at least three days per week
