Salary: £110 - £135.50 (dependent on experience)

What you'll be doing:
️ Stepping into the classroom when teachers are absent
Bringing your creativity to life while managing a range of subjects (with a chance to shine in Art & Design)
Supporting students to stay on track with pre-prepared work
Gaining invaluable classroom experience – perfect for aspiring teachers!
What we're looking for:
✅ A strong interest in Art, Design, and creative education
✅ Have some understanding across all Key Stages up to GCSE's and A' Levels
✅ Confident classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
✅ Flexibility to work across various Northamptonshire Secondary schools
✅ Ideally experience working with young people (but not essential)
