You do not need any prior experience in offshore disputes, contentious trusts or insolvency etc - this firm are very happy to retool solid disputes lawyers, no matter how broad or niche your current practice is. Not only is this is a Tier 1 ranked team, it is an extremely collegiate and friendly team with a very low turnover. This team does not lose its lawyers to competitors in Jersey. It's a full service team and you'll get exposure to international contentious and semi-contentious trusts work, corporate and funds disputes, contentious insolvency and restructuring, civil fraud and asset tracing mandates. Again, experience in any of these areas are not required - you just need to have a background in contentious work and have a desire to upskill.
