We are recruiting for a respected training company in Bradford; joining a small but effective customer care and warehouse team, the successful candidate will be effective and provide excellent customer service support to their long-standing customers. This full-time role will offer a hybrid element after a trial training period. key duties will include;
Processing a wide range of sales orders
Managing queries from customers and colleagues
Manage the returns process
Manage customer complaints and complex enquiries
Contact couriers to resolve queries from customers
Provide hands on support to the Warehouse team at peak times and during periods of holiday.
Source and analyse data using a variety of methods e.g. excel.
This is a varied role that requires support both in the customer service team and on occasion the warehouse. An organised, proactive candidate is essential in this role. The successful candidate will have;

Personal resilience
Good administrative skills with working knowledge of MS-Office - experience of other customised IT systems an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - able to analyse data and draw logical conclusions / make recommendations for action.
Able to use own initiative
Good team working behaviours alongside the ability to work independently.
