What You’ll Be Doing
* You’ll be responsible for line managing two team members, providing guidance, support, and regular performance feedback.
* Leading the strategy for IT hardware and asset management across the business
* Keeping our asset inventory accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
* Improving systems and processes to reduce waste and drive efficiency
* Supporting end users with desktop, hardware, and software issues
* Managing IT equipment lifecycle, procurement, and stock levels
* Producing insightful reports and identifying opportunities for cost savings
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth asset recovery and compliance
* Creating clear documentation and supporting project delivery
