About the Role
As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our door, Pay Rates start at £12.21 D.O.E
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks consistently
2. Operate espresso machines and grinders confidently
3. Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee shop
5. Handle orders, payments, and customer queries efficiently
6. Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience as a Barista in a coffee shop environment
8. Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing
9. A passion for coffee and attention to detail
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. Ability to work well under pressure
12. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
