Job Description
3. Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
4. Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters to clients.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
6. Conduct title checks and liaise with relevant parties, including estate agents and lenders.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards throughout transactions.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
9. Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
10. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client services within the legal team.
The Successful Applicant
11. A solicitor or equivalent with relevant residential conveyancing experience
12. Confident managing a range of property transactions with minimal supervision
13. Excellent at client communication and relationship management
14. Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise competing deadlines
15. Proficient with legal case management systems and standard office IT tools
