We are now seeking an experienced Third in Charge to join our Weybridge nursery. This role is an excellent opportunity to step into leadership, supporting both staff and children in a modern, supportive environment.

The Role
As Third in Charge, you will:
* Support the Centre Director and Deputy in daily operations.
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3), ensuring safety and welfare.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities using the TLE LEAP curriculum, tailored to children's interests and needs.
* Provide outstanding care and learning experiences for every child.
* Make referrals to external agencies and regulatory bodies where needed.
* Promote positive behaviour and help children manage their feelings and development.
* Build strong relationships with families and promote the nursery to support occupancy growth.
About You
Essential:
* Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Previous experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator).
* Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.
* Passion for early years education and delivering high-quality childcare.
Desirable:
* Experience stepping up in a leadership role.
* Willingness to undertake additional training and development.
