Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas. All in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote a safe working environment throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately. Ensure documentation is properly receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed to the project team, client, supply chain, and contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to team members to facilitate efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
* Lead and develop the document control team, implementing procedures and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with the client, supply chain, project team, and contractors to ensure alignment between internal and external document management systems.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submission statuses, as required by the project or contract.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of all documentation, adhering to company and project security requirements.
