About the opportunity; This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in Carlisle on an interim basis for 6 months. Working as part of a large and supportive team, this is a leadership role within the business and will take responsibility for all operational HR activities. Working with the Management team, the Interim Senior HR Business Partner will; Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand business priorities Support managers through employee relations issues Drive high performance across the organisation Support engagement and wellbeing activities Support the recruitment strategy and play an active role in recruitment Support and lead any change management initiatives This is an interim role and requires an immediate start, based on site in Carlisle. The right person; The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of operational HR experience ideally gained within a unionised manufacturing environment. You will be highly experienced in operational issues and used to working in a busy and fast paced business. Experience of leading a small team and influencing senior level stakeholders is crucial.
