Job Description
In this Head of Finance position based in Leeds, you'll be responsible for;
3. Leading the preparation and presentation of monthly management information and board reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations
4. Taking ownership of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation across the group
5. Providing strategic financial support to directors, including decision-making on investments, growth initiatives, and capital deployment
6. Delivering robust financial analysis (budgets, forecasts, variance and ratio analysis) to enhance business performance
7. Supporting acquisition activity and growth opportunities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-deal performance tracking
8. Overseeing and develop the finance function, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for:
9. Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
10. Proven experience in a senior finance role within the property industry or a high growth environment.
11. Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
12. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
14. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
15. A proactive approach to driving improvements and delivering results.
