Your Role As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering high-quality, compliant insurance sales.
You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
What Youll Do: Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close.
Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Prepare and present quotations in line with company and regulatory standards.
Achieve individual sales, conversion, and activity targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
Work in line with compliance and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards.
What Theyre Looking For: Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
Strong track record of working in a target-driven environment.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
