The Shore Group is partnering with a well-established Turnkey Design & Build Company that specialises in the design and delivery of high-quality CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across a diverse range of sectors.
As part of their strategic growth plan to expand project value and increase turnover, they are seeking to appoint a Creative Lead. This pivotal role will strengthen their existing design capabilities, support work-winning strategies, and lead the creative direction of client-facing design pitches.
This is a key appointment within the business and presents an opportunity for a passionate and visionary creative professional. The ideal person will thrive in a collaborative environment, excel in leading client presentations and design discussions, and play a central role in defining the creative direction for both new and existing clients.
As Creative Lead they will act as a mentor and guide to the wider design team—championing innovation, fostering collaboration, and upholding the highest standards of creative excellence.
Candidate Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally match the following:
* Currently employed within a reputable architectural practice or turnkey Design & Build Fit Out company with a focus on CAT A and CAT B workplace projects within a creative design position. Experience in hospitality and leisure sectors is also welcomed.
* A proven track record in leading creative direction and client presentations, beyond support-level design work.
* Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to develop visually compelling and strategic design solutions.
* Confidence in working directly with both landlords and occupiers.
* Awareness of ESG, sustainability, and workplace wellness trends and principles.
* Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
* Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a creative lead or equivalent design leadership role.
* Proficiency in Revit is advantageous, but not essential.
