Role Requirements:
Experience:

* 8+ years PQE in commercial property, ideally with experience in renewables
* Proven track record advising on land options, leases and project acquisitions
* Comfortable managing complex transactions and leading client relationships
* Experience working with cross-border teams and national clients is a plus

Skills:

* Confident in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Commercially aware and proactive in business development
* Able to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
