The Role: We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Service Advisor with a strong understanding of luxury fashion and lifestyle to support our store during the Christmas period. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with customers, developing new business, and providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network with customers to develop and grow the customer base, achieving sales targets.
2. Support the store team in maximizing sales and enhancing the company profile.
3. Display exemplary service techniques to ensure high standards of customer service.
4. Assist in store operations, understanding all processes and procedures.
5. Maintain product and merchandising standards, replenish stock, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
6. Share your knowledge of products and industry with customers.
7. Handle financial transactions accurately and professionally.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury fashion or a related industry.
2. Ambition to grow within the retail sector.
3. Sociable and charismatic with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to engage with diverse customer types effectively.
