The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Technical Graduate to join our growing technology team. This role is designed for individuals at the start of their career who want hands‑on experience across technical support, system operations, software tools, and technology delivery within a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams, gaining exposure to a range of IT functions while developing your technical capability, problem‑solving skills, and understanding of real-world technology operations.
You will serve as the first point of contact for all clients, providing dedicated support and acting as the first level of escalation for production and integration / system configuration queries. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration with Product, Integration, Support, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
Requirements
The Role and Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st–line technical support for internal users, logging and resolving IT queries effectively.
2. Assist with hardware and software setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Support the monitoring of systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
4. Help diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, networks, user access, applications, and security tools.
5. Work with senior team members on incident management, root‑cause analysis, and documentation.
6. Support project teams with technology rollouts, upgrades, and testing activities.
7. Maintain accurate records in ticketing and asset management systems.
8. Learn and contribute to automation, process improvements, and best practices across the tech team.
9. Collaborate with teams such as Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Service Delivery as part of your development.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
11. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Derivatives and Securities background and/or analytical experience, plus previous experience in a client-service role beneficial
14. Good computer and MS Office skills especially work in Excel
15. Well organized, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify process risks and red flags
