We are currently looking for seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Structures on our Gloucestershire County Council Contract. What You’ll Do: An Assistant Project Manager (Structures), you’ll support the delivery of bridge and retaining wall maintenance and construction works under a long-term term maintenance contract. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and coordinating works from initial design through to on-site delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and standards are met Overseeing health and safety on-site, carrying out risk assessments and ensuring full compliance with regulations Liaising with Gloucestershire County Council, design teams, and contractors to keep all stakeholders aligned Managing logistics, including ordering materials and coordinating timely deliveries to site Tracking costs and progress, ensuring accurate booking of works completed and value claimed under the contract What We’re Looking For: A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) Strong attention to detail and a proactive, safety-first mindset Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach A desire to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role Why Join Us?
