About The Role:
We are looking for bright, sociable and energetic Female Support Workers who have a positive outlook to work within our team. You will be required to provide 1:1 care and support for our client in his family home. You will be working with a gentleman who a Spinal Cord Injury an undisclosed Brain Injury and has complex care needs.
Hours of Work:
7am - 11pm Long day (Mon - Sun)
11pm - 7am Sleeping night (Mon - Sun)
Rates of Pay:
£14.00 per hour - Day shifts (Mon - Fri)
£15.50 per hour - Day shifts (Sat - Sun)
£15.00 per hour - Waking night rate (Mon - Fri)
£16.50 per hour - Waking night rate (Sat - Sun)
Ten pound per hour - Sleeping night (Mon - Sun)
Duties:
* As directed by the Clients care plan provide practical assistance and guidance to support the client in day to day living
* Provide clear verbal & written communication across all parties and produce daily records as required
* Operate in line with Premium Care Solutions organisational procedures
* Provide a practical high-level service to the client in line with CQC standards of care
* Undertake household duties and prepare meals
About You:
Required
* Non smokers
* Full, UK driving licence
* Good sense of humour
* Be flexible to work all shifts as part of a team
Desirable
* Registered on the DBS Update Service
