We are seeking a dynamic Head of FP&A to join my client's leadership team at their Gloucestershire-based headquarters. This is a pivotal role in a business that both manufactures and sources high-quality products, supplying customers across the UK and Europe. As Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
* Working closely with the banks and other external stakeholders
* Providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive performance
* Developing financial models to evaluate new products, markets, and investments
* Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and control
* Supporting the leadership team with scenario planning and risk analysis
About You
* Proven experience in FP&A within FMCG or a fast-paced product-led environment
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
* Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred
