Store Manager Duties such as:
1. Manage a small team and carry out personal development meetings
2. Motivate, coach and support the team to enable them to achieve their best
3. Assist with the recruitment, training and continual development of new and existing employees and ensure fair staff rotas
4. Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
5. Manage and accurately record all enquiries to provide excellent customer service
6. Identify opportunities for increasing storage occupancy and revenue
7. Ensure a Marketing Plan is in place to achieve the store financial targets
