We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Band 2 Theatre Support Worker to join our efficient and friendly operating theatre team at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr Hospital.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have a proven record of being reliable and dependable.
A flexible approach to work is advantageous. Previous experience in a hospital or care setting is preferred, but no theatre experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Personal attributes should include being hardworking, conscientious, and caring, with the ability to meet the physical demands of the role. Flexibility in working hours and duties, the ability to follow instructions, and initiative are essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
