About the Role
As a primary classroom teacher at Glebelands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of your pupils. You will plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners, inspiring them to achieve their full potential. You will:
•Use your strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum to promote excellent progress in reading, writing, and beyond.
•Adapt your teaching to respond effectively to the diverse strengths and needs of pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
•Contribute positively to the life and ethos of the school, collaborating with colleagues and engaging with families.
•Support the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies to create a safe, nurturing environment.
•Participate in professional development and appraisal processes to continue growing your skills and impact.
