Prospero Teaching is working closely with welcoming primary schools and nurseries in Central Southampton who are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately. Whether you’re looking for long-term stability or the flexibility of day-to-day supply, we have opportunities to suit you.
The Role:
1. Support pupils across the classroom, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
2. Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
3. Work alongside dedicated teachers and SEN teams
4. Make a genuine difference to pupils learning and development
The Ideal Candidate:
5. Has previous UK school experience (essential)
6. Is proactive, reliable, and confident supporting pupils
7. Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for education
8. Can adapt to different classroom settings
