We're seeking experienced Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team across multiple homes in Scotland. In this vital role, you'll become a consistent, trusted adult, providing essential emotional and practical support to vulnerable young people. About the Role As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will: Be a consistent source of safety, structure, and care for children who have experienced trauma, neglect, or disability. Empower young people to build resilience and confidence through everyday guidance and positive relationships. Act as a keyworker, ensuring individual needs are met and personal development plans are meticulously followed. Collaborate effectively with families and other professionals to support holistic care planning. What You'll Bring We're looking for individuals who are: A minimum of 2 years experience in residential childcare. Hold an SVQ3 Children & Young People HNC (or actively working towards these qualifications). Registered (or eligible to register) with the SSSC. Possess a valid UK driving licence (essential). Confident, compassionate, and available to work unsocial hours when needed. Why Join Us? Your Shift Options We offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle: Full-Time: A rolling 9-week rota of 3 x 24-hour shifts (includes 8-hour paid sleepover) followed by 3 days off. Part-Time: Opportunities for 12-hour or 6-hour shifts. Enhanced pay for shifts worked on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
