About the Role As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will: Be a consistent source of safety, structure, and care for children who have experienced trauma, neglect, or disability. Act as a keyworker, ensuring individual needs are met and personal development plans are meticulously followed. Collaborate effectively with families and other professionals to support holistic care planning. What You'll Bring We're looking for individuals who are: A minimum of 2 years experience in residential childcare. Hold an SVQ3 Children & Young People HNC (or actively working towards these qualifications). Registered (or eligible to register) with the SSSC. Possess a valid UK driving licence (essential).
