Marketing Manager – Join Team Demelza!
Are you an insight-driven marketer with a passion for creating meaningful, impactful campaigns? Demelza is looking for a creative, collaborative and strategically minded Marketing Manager to help deliver high-quality marketing activity that increases reach, raises vital income, and brings our purpose to life across all audiences.
In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns that support fundraising, service awareness, retail, lottery and staff recruitment. You’ll use data, insight and creativity to shape content and materials, and you’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and emotionally resonant.
What you’ll be doing:
•Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement and generate income.
•Creating clear, accessible and emotionally compelling content across digital, social, email, print and healthcare environments.
•Working with Digital, Creative and Communications colleagues to coordinate and align messaging across all channels.
•Supporting campaigns that promote Demelza’s services to families and healthcare professionals.
•Developing promotional materials for fundraising, retail, lottery and events activity.
•Using audience insight and performance data to inform campaign decisions and optimise results.
•Build strong working relationships across Demelza to understand needs and support organisational priorities.
•Helping to maintain consistent, high-quality messaging that reflects Demelza’s tone of voice and values.
